HELP! Maximus VI Extreme No Post No Bios Black Screen

Well my new Motherboard Asus Maximus VI Extreme Didnt show anything and no error code in the panel(00) the unique thing i can see is the Vga_Led is always on and i try to move my nvidia card adove the slots and didnt change something so plz help me.

And I make the Rog flashback bios update but also didnt change anything.

My System: Maximus VI Extreme, Inter Core i7, Nvidia Gforce GT240,4 RAM 4gb x2 and HHD Western Digital 1TB.

It´s new hardware or it was working and from nowhere didn´t boot?

have u tried with gpu pulled off motherboard and use cpu graphics?
