It depends on what exact hardware configuration you're looking at- did you have a setup in mind?
Even a low end Celeron G6900 that could go in a z690 motherboard has integrated graphics that supports*DP 1.4a and HDMI 2.1 so it should be able to output 2560x1440 at refresh rates higher than 60 hz.
That said, performance on the integrated graphics will of course be limited so you probably won't hit high frame rates for recent 3D games
