Crosshair VIII Formula New Bios 2103

There is a new bios, 2103, released 2020/06/29.

Currently downloading it online via Asus EZ Flash 3 Utility doesn't work though. If you try, you get the message: File not found. Server connection failed.

Anyone else having, or not having this issue?

Regardless, you can still download it and copy it to a usb stick and then install it that way. It seems to work fine, though, in my case.

I'm on Crosshair VIII Hero, not the Formula, but I jumped straight from 1302 to 2103 initially like you and had major instability. I also downgraded initially to 1302 just to have my system able to run properly again, and then upgraded to 2010 just to see if it would work after getting 1302 stable. 2010 has been perfect for me as well.

Sooo. since 1302 has been rock solid for my C8 Formula, I'm guessing I should leave this update alone?

Still running 2103.
No troubles so far, jumping from 1302 to 2103 via flashback.
B-die 4x 16Gb C-14 still troublesome.
Hynix 4x 16Gb stability @3466+ improved. Tuning now 3466 C16, and going to 3600 🙂

Update:
Samsung B-die 4x 16Gb @3200 C15 1,425V.
Hynix 4x 16Gb stable @3666 C16 1,375V.
