Hi,
You have an ASUS ROG SS|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard with ALC408x codec, so :
You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS-DTS) from the first post of this thread.
Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

I still can't fix it, please help me fix this error. Can I contact you directly via facebook?

Hi,
As stated in my previous post, if you have an ASUS ROG SS|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard (ROG Strix Z790-A/E/F Gaming WiFi II, ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero/Apex Encore/Formula or more recent) and that you have any issue with the last Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS-DTS) drivers package follow your CLEANUP process then install/use the audio drivers package from your motherboard support page, if your issue persists contact ASUS Support and/or open a new thread in this ROG Care category : ROG Care - Hardware & Software Support - Gaming Motherboards.
Note : SS3 being EoL, there is no more SS3 since the refreshed ASUS ROG motherboards with ALC40xx codec with Intel Z790 chipset for the Raptor Lake Refresh CPU launch, or newer motherboards.

Qthang2109,
there is a app in the driver download folder for Realtek Audio Control that has the features you're missing from Sonic Studio 3. Use that in place of Sonic Studio 3 and uninstall the app.

Hi
All very well , but Realtek control panel is woefully short of the complimentary features of Sonic Studio 3 which I used up to last week on Z390_-E before updating to Z790-E Wifi II, so sound out put & volume is pathetic without SS 3

Hi.
On the latest drivers effects in Sonic Studio App not working anymore, the same is with amplify level.
ROG STRIX Z-590A WiFi Gaming here
Previously 2368 was great.

your using the Legacy SS3 driver? on that board?
11-28-2023 02:45 PM
No, the latest one from ASUS was 2368 and worked properly, 2369 not.

Despite updating the "main" Realtek driver (rtdusbad_asus), still no latest RealtekService and RealtekHSA drivers are used, huh?
Would be interesting to know the reason behind that.

Is there anyone using X670E-F Strix in here and your microphone works ok? Namely I'm having issues with microphone volume. It's almost not auditable at max volume and the volume slider does nothing both with official and these drivers. A few drivers back mic boost +30dB in SS3 did help a bit, but I suspect this is a hardware issue that requires a RMA ticket to Asus.
Thanks
