I have the Z790 ProArt Creator WiFi motherboard at BIOS 1801

I am contemplating trying to update to BIOS 2202

While looking at Asus BIOS page I found link for PD firmware Update Tool V016 2024/01/16

I did some searching and found this Reddit thread detailing some severe problems with version 004 of this update.

Is it safe to perform the update with version V016 ? I really don't want to brick my motherboard.
