asus rog g750jz is anyone unable to dowload any program after the update

I had to factory reset my laptop and now the drivers wont download. nothing will download at all(not even antivirus). and troubleshooting is still going to no avail.
is it just me? has anyone found a solution?

Sounds like you are not getting a connection. Try wireless and wired.
