Dear all
Happy Christmas for all! Since the ASUS ROG Strix SCAR III G731GU BI7N9 was given the BIOS Update, the WIFI/Bluetooth card, Intel Wireless-Ac-9560 160 Mhz, is not working well. At the moment, Bluetooth works, and Wi-Fi doesn't. I ran the My Asus and the program tells me the update but after giving it the update the bluetooth stopped working. I have Windows 11 Home with all its updates and it's the only problem I have. There are some new cards that are compatible with the ASUS ROG Strix SCAR III G731GU BI7N9. I've done searches but couldn't get someone to tell me what can be done, or which card model is compatible. I would like to be able to change it so that I can use it without connecting it with a cable or buy an external card accessory via USB. Thank you in advance for your guidance or recommendations.

Have you tried resetting your network in the windows setting under network and internet?
You can also try this go to your wifi on task bar and right click it to trouble shoot the issue..
Try opening your browser go to setting an check your network there as well.

Have you tried the support page on you tube for ASUS https://youtu.be/d_HhGAEqMPY?si=FdUIndtM5Zy1Yrwt

Thanks for the suggestion. If I've already tried, until the original drivers are placed. But it only lasts a few minutes. Or when Windows does some update for security, even the Bluetooth and WIFI icons disappear. I've even reset them since C://, but it hasn't worked. That's why I ask if there is a wifi/bluetooth card upgrade. In order to be able to discard. The problem started with the BIOS update, but I haven't been able to get back to the previous or original BIOS of the laptop.
