Z590-E Gaming WiFi TPM Module

Hi everyone,

I have a ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming WiFi mobo with BIOS revision 0605 installed. The CPU is an 11700K.

I have installed the Asus TPM-SPI Trusted Platform Module, 14-1 Pin but it is not being recognised, either in the BIOS or in Windows 10 Pro.

My old Asus mobo showed a "Trusted Computing" sub-menu under Advanced, but I don't see that on the new PC. I can't find any references to TPM, Security Device or Trusted Computing in the BIOS.

Has anyone else got this combination working? My next step may be to RMA the TPM.

Thanks.

Hi there,
Was this TPM module used before?
Could you try to clear CMOS and try again?

If it still doesn't work, please share your BIOS setting screenshot with us.
Also, this TPM module can be recognized on other motherboard, right?
Thank you.
