unable to control GPU fan from GPU tweak II

Hello,
with GPU tweak II version 2.3.0.3 I'm unable to control the fan speed on my 1080 ti poseidon.
Also when it starts from alone, the speed is not indicated in the monitor.
Any idea , of what's happening ?
