Rog strix z370-f gaming kernel-power critical error id 41

Hi, my pc resets when left on for long periods time and not being used, I come back hours later and I can see it has rebooted on its own as all my open programs are closed and it's back at the desktop, on checking the windows events viewer I can see that roughly every 2 hours the PC has the following error:

KERNEL-POWER CRITICAL ERROR ID 41
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The CPU and graphics card is overclocked and it runs prime95 ok (although it was getting in the high 90s after 10min of the max heat max power setting so I stopped it, I'm going to try manually OC as I heard the auto can be quite generous with the voltage), Heaven, Furmark and gaming are fine never crashes odd its only happening when left alone I have turned of sleep and hibernation and only the screen turn off after 10 min.

I'm not sure what else to look for in the event viewer to try and find out what's causing this issue so any help would be much appreciated.
