CORSAIR Ram 3600CL16 (CMW16GX4M2K3600C16)
Having problems with this ram kit even though it's on the motherboard's QVL memory list, hoping someone could help me out.
Computer will boot multiple times (3-4 average) to get it to post to bios, then I can edit any settings.
Computer will boot/restart safely (1 boot) after I change VCCSA and VCCIO to 1.1v, but will sometimes hang on cold boot or restart and safely post afterwards.
I've RMA'd this set of ram (3600CL16 2x8GB) already once because of it but now this same model and revision of ram for replacement is experiencing same issues.
The ram I used while it was being RMA'd was CORSAIR Ram 3200CL16 (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16) and worked perfectly out of the box, this set of ram is NOT on the QVL memory list for the board.
What path should I take? Any solutions? I thought about just returning the 3600CL16 ram kit i'm having so much problems with and sticking with the slower 3200CL16 just for convenience.
