Today along with the October cumulative update for W10 2004 I see Microsoft is pushing this update. Does anyone know what it is? I cannot find anything on the net regarding it.

Hi,

Available here for several days via Intel MEI Drivers with SoftwareComponent Drivers : [DRIVERS] Intel Chipset/MEI/SATA (1xx/2xx/3xx/4xx)

DAL, ICLS & LMS SoftwareComponent drivers are the 3 imposed SWC drivers by the Intel MEI drivers itself :

From the latest Intel MEI .inf :
[TEE_DDI_x64.Components]
AddComponent = OEM_DAL_component,,OEMExt_DALComponentInstall
AddComponent = OEM_ICLS_component,,OEMExt_ICLSComponentInstall
AddComponent = OEM_LMS_component,,OEMExt_LMSComponentInstall

Strange, I have that update already installed from your post on October 6th. I can't understand why it's being pushed in this way when I have it already:

You missed this post (from 10 October) : https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?117609-DRIVERS-Intel-Chipset-MEI-SATA-(1xx-2xx-3xx-4xx)/pa...

When you see an such update post with updated/added items to the drivers package, you just have to re download the drivers package then follow your Update process (only what has changed will be updated/installed).
