Ethernet keeps disconnecting on dual boot ASUS Z390 E

I have build a PC two months ago with the ASUS Z390E-GAMING and I have problems with the Ethernet Connection where it keeps disconnecting. Could this be a Mainboard issue ? Does anynone has the same problem ?
