I cannot change screen brightness on my laptop. It seems it's always set on 100%. How can I fix this problem?

As I read on Intel website, in Turbo Boost is speeds up to 3.5 GHz. But mine is 3.2 GHz only. Is this normal?

Do you have the same issue? Left side is cold, but right one (when power supply is connected) is hot.

Do anybody have folder C:\Recovery\Customizations with big file usmt.ppkg? Is it safe to delete it>
