Intel Evo Processor Issue With My Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402) laptop with an Intel Evo [https://www.lenovo.com/sg/en/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform] Processor. However, I am experiencing some issues with the device, and I am seeking advice from the community on how to solve them.

The primary issue that I am facing is that the laptop's performance is not up to the mark, despite having an Intel Evo Processor. I expected the device to be lightning-fast, but it is taking longer than expected to launch applications and switch between them. This is very frustrating, especially when I am working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating the drivers and performing a clean install of the operating system. However, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I have also checked the task manager to see if any applications are consuming an excessive amount of resources, but that does not seem to be the case.

I would appreciate it if anyone who has experienced similar issues or has knowledge of the subject could provide some advice on how to solve this issue. Could it be a hardware-related problem, or is it something that can be fixed through software tweaks? I am open to any suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your help.
