It seems that since the vbios 6.00 update, the RTX 3070 GPU is constantly going out of idle every few seconds even when there's nothing running on the GPU. This is causing battery life to be reduced to less than 2 hours when it could last over 10 hours easily before. Is this a known issue?

Just tried to run DDU (clean, reboot, clean, reboot) the Nvidia driver, still the same so its definitely not related to driver as I'm even running an older driver now (462) and yet i still happens.

I was on 466.27 yesterday, updated to .77, and it was still the same on both those drivers. Pretty sure this happened only after the vbios update i did a few days ago, as I always use this laptop on battery and never did this behavior occur before.
