Can I mix different brand ram for asus fx505dt,

I have asus tuf fx505dt. Right now it came preinstalled with SK Hynix 8GB 2666MHz HMA81GS6JJR8N-VK Sodimm Memory Module. But now i cant find this ram, So can i use the crucial ram with exact configuration. I am adding the link to both ram . And have anyone tried it before.

Never mixed RAM in your system to avoid stability. Buy RAM in pair set or quad pair for any brand your preference. Just DO NOT MIXED.

You're always better to buy ram in matched pairs. It can effect performance and stability. Especially mixing brands and such as they may run slightly differently and it can cause problems.

Not saying it wouldn't work, just that it is not advisable.
