Why is my ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 underperforming ?

Hello Forum,

I recently bought ROG Zephryrus Duo 16 with these specs:
RTX 3080 16GB
AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX
32GB RAM
3840x2400 @ 120hz display

So my issue and question is that I feel my laptop is underperforming a lot.
With these specs I should be able to run games at high fps and settings but for example I cannot run destiny 2 on medium setting above 70 FPS which doesn't make sense to me considereing my specs.
Anyone know a solution to fix that?

PS. The system uses Nvidia graphics, All system is updated.

I have the same issue. Sometimes the ****** thing runs smoother if I put it in silent mode, so it doesn`t get so hot. I really think that`s the main problem. It runs too hot too fast and even with maxed-out fans you just could bake some eggs on it. 

So the problem is temperature throttling and the only thing I see that could help would be undervolting the GPU and maybe the CPU, but I do not know how.
