Since I bought my ROG G713PI laptop 1 years ago, every day I get Kernel power error 41 and my laptop shuts down.
I'm a computer specialist but I can't find a solution.
things tried :
- Rebuild win11/reinitialize to factory settings
- Driver up to date
- Up-to-date bios and I've tried with older versions of bios but - still the incident.
- Disable power-saving modes
- Set processor to 100% minimum state
Before, the problem occurred at startup. Now that I've done all these things, it happens when, for example, I close a game or an application in general. Because the problem can come after 8 hours of use or 1 hour.
I've seen something about c-stat but there's no option in the bios to disable it.
Please help me
