G512LW with USB3.0 HZ-3B Docking Station

Hello,

I have a Rog strix G512LW laptop, and I recently bought ASUS USB3.0 HZ-3B Docking Station mainly for dual display. I discovered that the display outputs (HDMI and DVI) do not work with my screens. But all the USB ports are working fine. 
On the other hand, the laptop HDMI works fine with my screen. By the way, I tried many cables.

Is it incompatible or something else? Thank you in advance.

Which version of Windows are you running and did you install the drivers for the docking station?

Are there any errors in device manager and what do you see under the display adapters?

Thanks for the screenshot and apologize for the delay.

I'm testing with the HZ-3A Docking station on a Windows 11 desktop if it matters, but I'm seeing a USB 3.0 external graphic device for my docking station display adapter as in the screenshot below , so wondering if there may be some kind of hardware problem with your docking station if you're not seeing that.
