Flickering, flashing or blinking screen and usbC problem ROG strix G17 2023

Hi folks!

Of course, the standard problem with the ASUS laptop matrix - a flashing screen. This is getting old and boring with this equipment.

The second problem is the independent disconnection and reconnection of random pendrives in two USB C ports.

A month ago I bought an Asus ROG Strix 17'3 G713PI laptop. GPU: GeForce 4070RTX, CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX and AMD Radeon 610M graphics - and this AMD graphics is the problem in my opinion.

On the AMD RADEON community forum I have already found topics of people who reported problems with this flashing screen on the same equipment. They performed a lot of tests.
The screen flashes happen quite chaotically, approx. 01 sec. Regardless of whether I am working with applications or with open search engine pages.
It can even stop movies played in search engine windows for a moment.
I have tried many ideas sent on forums and on the web or by Microsoft on how to fix this. No success.

Current BIOS version 334. Windows is updated.

The most important thing - of course when I switch the monitor support to the GeForce 4070RTX card, this whole problem is gone.

But that's not the point...
There is nothing on the AMD RADEON website about any new drivers for the AMD 610M graphics. Did the manufacturer ignore the matter?
I remember from the old days a problem when playing games on an old laptop. It looked almost similar when I played on a GeForce card - updating the drivers from the GeForce card fixed it.

My current version of the Radeon 610M driver is 31.0.14038.8002
You advise here on the forum to update the drivers from the ASUS website to this version. I see two there now:
V32.0.11002.41 and V31.0.14038.8002
Are these some dedicated AMD drivers for ASUS?

Because as I wrote on the AMD website there is nothing about new drivers for their graphics card? No support for 610M APU?
As you can see I have one of yours installed and the problem still occurs. So what should I do?

Yesterday I had a failure with installing other drivers.

And here is the second problem. After connecting a flash drives to these two USB C outputs on the laptop, they can spontaneously disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes a message appears in the event viewer at the same time, sometimes not. I noticed that it happens spontaneously or can even be forced by accident by opening some specific applications, for example MyASUS or even connecting other devices to the remaining USB A inputs. I even checked the voltage on these two USB C ports.

How is it that one of them, which is Power Delivery, can recognize my smartphone as a power source for a moment, but is unable to power the laptop. It sometimes depends on whether I plug the USB C cable end into this port with one side or reverse it.
Yesterday I tried to uninstall the drivers for 4 x USB root hub in the device manager so that after restarting the system would reinstall the current ones. It ended with one of these four USB root hubs disappearing from the device manager and additionally I lost the keyboard altogether - it even disappeared from the manager. I had to roll everything back to the restore point. Next time I will do a hard reset of the entire system, because this is embarrassing.

Do you have any ideas?
