Hello all, I bought a used G713Q off of eBay and the laptop has a fresh install of windows but no Asus software has been installed. Not only that, I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I can't even find the wifi card in device manager. Not only that bluetooth is also not working. I am in contact with the seller and I am going to just return it if we are unable to resolve it but I wanted to post something about this on the forums first and see if I am doing something wrong? Ive tried installing the wireless drivers from the ASUS website and that didn't help.
