Asus G712LWS-EV019T Degress 96c Temps - solved?

Hello dear friends,

I have a problem with my laptop while I am gaming,
the CPU reaches 96 Celsius and the graphics card is loaded to a maximum of 60-70%.
I've tried everything to lower the temperature.
I don't want to throttle the power so that I lose 50% of the power.
I noticed that under my laptop exactly where the fans are connected that the housing/Case is closed there does someone know why and whether that should be the case?
I know it is so that the bottom of the fan is free so you can draw air better ..
hope someone can help me greetings

I pretty much fixed the problem myself.
My notebook Asus Rog G712LWS-EV019T is equipped with liquid metal from the factory,
so only CPU, I removed it and added thermal paste Grizzy, the temperatures are now reduced from 96 degrees to 80-85 degrees
and I wonder how that can be Liquid metal has worse performance than thermal paste !! the laptop is 3 months young. I'm really pretty disappointed with Asus. If you have this problem too, then you know what to do.
