ROG Swift PG48UQ dead after firmware update

My new PG48UQ is dead after a firmware update, there is no standby light, there is nothing, does anyone know if there is a hard reset button on the monitor itself, for example I hold it down as I turn on the power?

I am having issues with one of the two i recently purchased and holding both physical buttons in while i plug the monitor in seems ot reset it
