My newly purchased PG43UQ has been working great, the IR remote control was working fine until suddenly now it no longer seems to function at all.
The light on the remote flashes bright red, then dimmed red a few times when you press a button. No menu on the monitor ever shows up.
Any idea how to fix this? is there a way to 'reset' the remote control somehow?
Taking out the batteries and swapping them did nothing.
