About the PG27UQ

I think i misunderstod something from several videos and reseach about the PG27UQ

People say when they watch white text on ect dark sites or watch a movie with white subtitles, then the text will have this halo around it.
And the mouse curser that is white will look like a white dot.

Was this only in 144 OC hz mode and not in ect 120 hz ?

Or how bad is it ?

Halo/blooming effect is not related to monitor refresh rate hz, it is caused by FALD on (google it) which is mandatory for HDR, it will always be there with FALD on *https://youtu.be/oQ4xV_2EY7s
