Weird GPU usage spikes.

Hey guys, since last week I've been getting this really peculiar GPU behavior. I've included a picture to better show what I mean by "GPU spikes". As a result of those sudden changes in usage, as you might guess, most games lag from time to time whenever the usage drops. I downloaded a newer (beta) version of NVidia drivers (334.67), but it really didn't change anything. It'd be really cool if someone can explain what exactly's going on and how to fix it, whatever IT is.
