Upgrading g75vw wireless card??

I have the g75vw-bbk5 and it has Intel® 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN. Didnt realize at the time I bought this that it was single channel. Is it worth it to upgrade the cardto a dual channel one? How hard is it to change it out? What would be the best replacement?
