How do I create a Raid 1 on DIMM.2?

I've tried to create a Raid 1 on DIMM.2. It seems it can't find my SSD. How do I configure it to create Raid 1?

Have you enabled Dimm 2-2 in CPU Storage configuration
and in CPU PCIE configuration mode; Mode 2 (x16/ x16/ x4)
