The new software works so much better. Where did you find the software posted? Can't find it on the download page for the mouse product. Thanks again! 🙂

When I go to customize my color settings on my claymore using a custom wave the top orange pattern works, and the bottom rgb one works, but the one in the middle that is blue and red just applies the same orange one that is above it. The blue/red pattern previously worked

Sounds VERY similar to the issue I have had since purchasing my Gladius II back in June 2017, the mouse it's self works fine, but something screws up with the lighting...

Weather its Armoury or the firmware, i'm not sure....

if you have "sync all areas" set to OFF, and select different effects for each zone, clicking between zones along the bottom doesn't update the UI's "selected effect" list with the actual currently selected setting...

I have my scroll wheel on 'colour cycle' (base Reactive, logo static) - and on reboot, the scroll wheel is either turned OFF totally, or on a single, static colour (while the other 2 zones are as they were set)

I did notice also, that when switching profiles with the buttons on the mouse, if I go profile 1 > 2 > 3 > 1 - they seem to 'work' (still static wheel though), but if I reverse order (1 > 3 > 2 > 1) the effects are messed up (the base zone seems to be Cycling AND reacting)

On version 2.04.07 and went away for the weekend where I used my mouse in wired mode on my laptop. Came back to main computer and everything is screwed up. For example I have profile one as having separate x-y axis. In profile 2 I don't have separate axis controls. When I switch from profile 1 to profile two the Armoury still wants to keep the mouse with both x/y axis with a DPI of 50. If I turn off the x/y axis, I get back my 3000 DPI but then profile #1 is messed up. 😞

in the new version of the program ROG Armory a lot of problems, I do not understand what your developers are doing for the crooked hands, the prices for your product do not match your quality, the mouse stops moving, the white light turns on and I can not move the mouse and drop the default settings; the keys do not work and so every three days approximately, in each profile so, the other mouse helped solve the problem temporarily, the battery indicator is all lies lying, I gave money for the top mouse and quality, and as a result, dance with a tambourine, immediately correct your jambs!!!
