Asus support is just pathetic and I doubt I will be buying any more of their products.
I have an ROG Code motherboard that is unable to update its Intel chipset driver (preventing it from updating other drivers) and which cannot, through Armoury Crate, recognise the compatible RGB Corsair memory installed.
Support have twice sent emails asking me to supply system information and failed to include the attachment they want me to fill in, have asked me to do the same thing several times and generally seem completely incapable of resolving either issue.
Very poor sadly.
