Need Help With TUF Gaming Build!

Hello,

I recently built a new TUF Gaming system but the problem is that ARGB TUF Logo on the LC240 AIO Pump doesn't seem to be working as it should. As you can see below, currently its ARGB cable is connected to the 3-way connector and plugged into 'ADD_GEN_2_1' port however there's no light on it at all but 2x120mm ARGB fans work with the Aura Sync. But if I disconnect AIO Pump's ARGB cable from the 3-way connector and plug it into the 4-pin 'RGB_HEADER' port, it only lights white in breathing mode. No matter what I do, which port I try, with or seperate from the 3-way ARGB cable, I couldn't make it work with the Aura Sync. I also tried reinstalling the Armoury Crate but nothing has changed.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something here?

Below is the schematic of my MoBo.

All LC240 ARGB fan cables are connected into 3-way ARGB cable and plugged into 'ADD_GEN_2_1' port. (11)

All GT501 front RGB fan cables are connected to each other and plugged into 'RGB_HEADER' port. (12)

PC Specs:

-Intel Core i9 12900K
-Kioxia 1TB Exceria PRO NVMe M.2 SSD
-G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
-Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus 1700 DDR5 6000MHz (OC) M.2
-Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 V2 10GB
-Asus TUF Gaming LC 240 ARGB 2x120mm
-Asus TUF Gaming 750W 80+ Bronze PSU
-Asus TUF Gaming GT501 3x120mm RGB MidT ATX Case

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

Is the pump RGB cable a 3 pin or 4 pin cable? You might have got a mixed up AIO set (ARGB Fans and RGB Pump).

Three pin ARGB (5v)

Four pin RGB (12V)

Four pin RGB (12V) are controlled by the motherboard in Aura Creator.

All are 3-pinned as it is shown in the manual.

Lights white in breathing mode when connected to RGB (12V - 4 pin). No light when connected to ARGB (5V - 3 pin).

That's a sad thing to hear 😞

Thank you for your interest and answers tho.

Highly appreciated.
