GU603HE Intel isst driver issues

Hi!

Recently I bought a Zephyrus M16 (GU603HE-k8007).
Everything works perfectly until I install the Intel Isst driver (except for some issues fixed which are listed below).
After that - several issues happen (I reinstalled the system several times both win10 and win11).
First, I started to hear a strange noise when the column is muted https://disk.yandex.ru/d/GjNTt5Mutf4VJQ
Second, the same as here https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?127334-USB-Microphone-(w-USB-Audio-Interface)-problem-on-R... - the sound form USB-mic is recorded strangely.
When I remove the driver and use some Microsoft-initial driver - all issues gone, but instead two Realtek devices appear in sound settings.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I really think that problem is in drivers because when I first settled up everything - I had an issue with the GameVisual setting (they were fixed by updating some online registry by support) and with wi-fi - it disconnected after some time (it was fixed with this driver https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?124328-DRIVERS-MediaTek-WiFi-Bluetooth).
The only thing I installed is an additional SSD MSI SPATIUM M370 [S78-440Q200-P83] - is it possible that some conflicts appear due to some incompatibility issue?

Best,
Evgeny

May I ask what system version, BIOS version and audio driver version are you currently using?
Do you still have the problem that there are two sound devices appearing in the device manager?

BIOS version: 315
Driver: iSST_ROG_Intel_Z_V10.29.00.5938_23545 and Audio_DriverOnly_Dolby_Forte_ROG_Realtek_Z_V6.0.9136.1_22757 from Asus web site.
I also tried this one 10.29.0.7687 WHQL from here https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?128666-DRIVERS-Intel-SST-Audio-(4xx-5xx-6xx-7xx)
And that one Realtek_UAD_ASUS_ROG_Dolby-FM_NB_v6.0.9360.1 for Realtek from here https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?118396-DRIVERS-Realtek-Audio-(NB-Intel-2xx-3xx-4xx-5xx-6xx...

Nothing helped.

I only have the problem with two sound devices when I intentionally remove iSST driver.

If the situation remains the same, according to what you described, please contact ASUS repair center in the country of your residence: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Hello, I've visited several service centers and all of them said that it is "a normal thing" after talking to the Asus engineers (I can provide the RMA numbers if needed). There are several credit topics devoted to this:

I'll never buy or recommend Asus products from this moment, they always have some strange little things which are annoying.

So, while I've tried to solve my problem with AKG Lyra - here what I've found on Intel site https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/Smart-Sound-Technology-for-USB-Audio-interfering-with-USB-... , maybe this info also will be usefull.
