First time poster, and I'm afraid a bit of a networking novice. I purchased this router as I saw rave reviews on it. I don't use most of the advanced settings and hoped this would give me a reliable connection. The range is great, however I have scheduled a restart for every morning at 5 as the wireless drops and will not restart without a router reboot every day. Sometimes it's certain devices that can't connect, sometimes the whole wirless (all frequencies) does down. At this point, I can't even connect to the dashboard through the IP on a wireless device to restart it. I have to do it manually.
I have read through the forum, and can narrow down some of the issues
1) I don't believe its overheating. There is nothing around it and its in the open.
2) The scheduled restarts SHOULD give it a new lease of life every morning. Apparently not.
3) I have approx 15 clients on it at a time... from what I have read, this should be fine.
Can anyone help? Considering booking a course to learn more 😄
