Crosshair x570 extreme motherboard stopped recognizing The m.2 underneath the OLED

So for the last few days I noticed that the m.2 drive underneath the OLED isn't being recognized anymore by the computer and as I'm switching cases today I decided to open it up and to my surprise I see some burnt chips to the back side of the m.2 drive could anyone verify this group of whatever these are if they have any impact on the m.2 and should I RMA IT
