Cannot connect bluetooth to audio devices

When I try to connect a bluetooth speaker, it says connected than paired.But it does not seem to work in any audio devices.I can send files over bluetooth but no audio device is working.Do you have any solutions I tried many things but not worked.

May I have the bios version?
Did it occur after any update?
Please reinstall Intel BlueTooth driver V19.01.1627.3533 from our support site.

Bios version is 305, I dont remember if it occured after any update.I tried to uninstall all drivers from device manager but did not worked.

If you have tried Intel BlueTooth driver V19.01.1627.3533, please backup your personal files and then reset the system.
Please also restore bios to all default settings.
