Asus Maximus XI Hero Turbo Boost settings help

Hi. I want to ask a question. I have Maximus XI Hero with i7 9700K and when i have Turbo Boost in BIOS ON is 4.6 to 4.9 mhz in Windows. I want from BIOS to reduce that to have better temperatures even if it don't need better, to live a longer life and without problems. Without Turbo Boost is 3.6 mhz.
I want to set them FROM 4.6-4.9 TO 4.2-4.5 mhz. HOW can i do that from BIOS ? What to change there ? Thanks for your time.

Please select balanced mode in power plan and then check again.

Thanks for your reply. I searched BIOS for Power Plan - Balanced ETC and i didn't find anything. Can you tell me the exact name to search and in what category ? If you mean from inside Windows Power Plan, i don't want from there. I want from BIOS as i say above. Thanks again.
