Z390-A Prime no longer clocks to 5.1GHz

A few days ago I decided to play around with the AI overclocking feature on my Z390-A Prime. CPU is 9900k. I went into the BIOS and set the CPU core ratio to "AI" from previously "Auto".

Next, I got several bluescreens upon booting. So I decided to end this little experiment and go back to "Auto".

Since then my CPU will no longer clock to 5.1GHz like it did originally out of the box. It only clocks to 4.8GHz now.

How can I get the previous clock speed back?

EDIT: The specs below are incorrect. I am not sure why the wrong specs are displaying.

Not much traffic in here by the looks of it.

Turns out turbo mode was only partially enabled. On this board you need to go into three separate settings to enable it. The first two have obvious labels, turbo boost. The third one is not at all intuitive. It is called "Asus Multicore Enhancement". It needs to be set from "Auto - Let's BIOS optimize" to "Enabled". I only figured it out by trial and error and making an educated guess.
