Overclocking help strix z690-a + 12700k + 32gb corsair 3200

First time doing a manual overclock so looking for some assistance. My build is as followed

Asus Strix Z690-A Gaming WIFI D4
Intel i7-12700k
NZXT Kraken X63 (With Noctua NF-P14s)
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 4x8GB 3200
Asus STRIX GeForce GTX 970
EVGA 600W
One exhaust fan on the rear, I wasn't able to get the top fan to fit.

I'm looking to get the maximum performance out of my CPU and RAM. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

What have you tried so far? Have you ever overclocked?

At the beginning you could load the XMP profile of the RAM and see if the system runs with it, then we can take a look.

My system runs fine with the XMP profile on. I only have compatibility issues with my GPU for some reason. It will only POST in safe mode.
I have a little experience with my 4790k
