Asus Prime Z690-P Wifi, Change BIOS Performance?

Hi.

I have built a computer with brand new products according to spec.
********
ASUS PRIME Z690-P WiFi DDR5 Lga1700
Intel Core i5-12600K / 3.6 - 4.9 GHz
Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 RGB 16 GB 5200MT/s, KF552C40BBA-16
ASUS ROG Strix NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition
ASUS ROG RYUJIN II 360 ARGB
SAMSUNG 980 PRO MZ-V8P1T0CW PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, Black, 1 TB
ASUS ROG Strix Helios / ASUS ROG Strix 850W
ASUS TUF VG249Q1R - 23.8 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080), 165 Hz
Full Speed PCIE 4.0 16x Riser Cable Graphics Card 200mm
ASUS TUF K1
ASUS ROG Pugio II
ASUS TUF GAMING H1 headset wireless
Windows 11 pro
********
I first updated the BIOS (1620) before installing Windows 11 pro. Then I installed all the drivers that are on the Asus helpdesk for the motherboard. Everything worked and the computer booted up.
Then I wanted to look at the performance. I ran the program FurMark ROG edition x64 and got FPS values with OpenGl around 122 and with Vulkan around 150.
Started changing values in BIOS XMPI/XMPII. Raised frame to 5200Mhz.
Changed from Normal to Fast or Extreme tuning but none of this increases the performance of the Furmark. Then changed on Nvida control panel to high performance with that made no change either.
The screen is synchronized via Nvida to 165Mhz 1920/1080.
I reset the BIOS with F5 and the Nvida card to factory settings and still have the same performance FPS on the FurMark program.

There was a new BIOS in 2002 which I updated, no difference in FPS
Then came a new driver for the Intel UHD 770 which I updated, no difference there either in FPS. But after update I have to have the monitor connected to the UHD 770 if I want to access the bios via F2 or Windows safe boot. Before update, it didn't matter where the monitor was connected. I have added back the previous UHD driver but it doesn't help. Have changed the BIOS Auto/Primary/Disable UHD 770 nothing helps. If I want to access the BIOS, the screen must be connected to the UHD 770.

Otherwise, the PC works perfectly with BIOS default and Nvida factory settings. During tests, the temperature on the Nivida has never exceeded 60 degrees. Temp on memories, SSD, motherboard are normal.

One problem I found is if you set OC Tuner to OC Tuner II then I always get a blue screen on Windows and have to run a restore point + SFC /scannow and it jumps up again. OCTuner I works, it makes no difference to FPS FurMark

What am I doing wrong?
