No quad. Sli 690gtx on Rampage II extreme

I've had my motherboard for years and don't want to update time ddr4 boards come out.
Mainly I play BF4 which as anybody knows has thrown up so many problems with crashes etc.
my problem is after moving from BF3 to BF4 I can't get my two card to run in quad sli.
I've added more ram I went from 6 gb to 12gb that stop lots crashes but I just don't seem to be able to get the quad sli running
Is there any tips or tricks I can do to get this stupid game to run.
My CPU is 975 i7 extreme psu is 1500watts.

I'm surprised you can even get Quad GPU SlI to work, since your board is only compatible with Tri SLI.

I'd suggest going to the BF4 Forums and see if there are any patches for the game, or changes you can make to the .ini files to enable Tri SLI

Ive had it working nice then they patched BF4 and ruined it again.
The time i got it running the game ran so sweet .
Guess im just going to stick with one card running the game, also if i set my cards to tri sli the stupid game crashes.
