Hello

The CT480M500SSD3 is a mSATA drive. The M7G does not have mSATA slots so this drive is not compatible.

No. It is a SATA M.2 drive and the M7G requires a PCIe M.2 drive.

AFAIK, the only PCIe M.2 drives available as yet are the Plextor M6e and the Samsung XP941.
