controll the fans

hello
i have the asus 240 LC White CPU Cooling system
the fans are working on max speed and making alot of noise
how can i lower the fans speed so they nice will be lower
i download the armoury crate and the Aura Creator but i did not find some button that can controll the fans
help with this please

What motherboard are you using and what headers are the fans and pump connected to?

How is cpu temp?

motherboard is asus ASUS RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION
i have a cooling water systen with 2 fans (Asus 240 LC White) for the CPU
thermalteck case with 3 fans
the snow edition
cpu is according to the speedfan V4.52 is about 2700RPM and temp is 27C

Have you configured the fans in speed fan?
