I have the Asus Z270-AR motherboard and would like to use the second M.2 slot as a cache (IRST).
Have several HDDs and would like something to speed up general access on those.
Currently using my 500GB NVME SSD as the boot drive.
Would like to use that 500GB SSD as the cache (in the second M.2 slot)
and would get a new 1TB NVME as the boot drive
Can any M.2 NVME SSD be used for caching or does it need a special M.2 SSD NVME?
