Best BIOS version to upgrade [TUFF X470-PLUS] with a Ryzen 7 3700X

The title says it all. I'm completely new to figuring out how to maintain a gaming PC and would appreciate any help I can get

I only ask because I was told that not all BIOS updates are supported by your GPU and I don't want to inadvertently brick my motherboard by using an incompatible update version.

Hello thiccjasmine

Not sure where you heard that.

Older gpu's might require you to enable CSM in the bios. Other than that, all bios versions are compatible with your motherboard.

If you're going to update, might as well update to the latest version 6223.

Thanks, Nate,

My brother told me that and I rely on him to help me figure out what I need or don't need. Glad I came here.

Would recommend only updating if there's a problem. I know so much people that updates their bios and then something didn't work like before.
