mouse temporarily disconnects

Rampage Black4930kwin 8.1logitech g400I keep getting little tinkly noises and my mouse disconnects at random times when I am using it. Event viewer says nothing-no errors, no info, no warnings. It happens with either of my two mice.Anyone get this?
