Running 13th Gen CPU and was wondering what top end memory has people got to on this board.
Can it run 7200 or 7600 Memory? or any 7000+ memory?

The Maximus Z690 Extreme Tech Specs say "6400+", and the Maximus Z690 Extreme Memory QVL has some 2x16 @ 6600 configs as the fastest on the QVL.
So, 6600 is the fastest ASUS suggest/support. You might be able to go beyond that, but it's relatively uncharted territory.

Mine ran fine with XMP settings at 7200. I am running 7800 now but with some adjustments to the voltages. Dependent on board and IMC though. You have to be prepared to tune it some and deal with crashes depending on the ability of your hardware. It differs from system to system.

Which Brand Memory do you use? Corsair seems to be more stable for me then Gskill

GSkill is what I have used the last several years.

Hello,
My rule is to opt for a kit present on the motherboard QVL 2-3 bins below the maximum validated frequency for the best chance of plug-and-play. If aiming for maximum validation the margins can be quite tight depending on the strength of the CPU's memory controller.
The AI Tweaker menu now lets you assess the strength of the IMC. This will give you a rough indicator of what to expect. A score of between 75-85 is considered strong. Note the score may differ a few points between runs as certain conditions impact the test assessing the signal lines.
