STRIX ROG Z690-E hanging on restart

Like the title says, this board will hang on restart.  Not every time, but most times.  I have to hard power it off, hard reset doesn't work.  Nothing obvious in event viewer.  Anyone else experience this?  I have pretty much all settings in Bios set to default, with the exception of XMP enabled. The A.I. overclock is not enabled.  I have noticed this problem both before and after Bios update.  Windows and all drivers up to date.

System:

Intel 13700K

STRIX ROG Z690-E Bios v2305

32GB G.Skill RipJaws DDR5 5600

ASUS Tuff RTX 3080TI 12GB

Samsung 990 Pro 1TB nvme OS

Samsung 980 Pro 2TB X2 game/scratch drives

8TB WD Black 7200RPM storage drive

Corsair 850w Platinum rated power supply

Windows Version 11, 22H2 Build 22621.1413

Seems to have been related to the TPM module hanging.  Refreshing latest Bios has corrected it.
