ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI Ethernet code 43 issues

My ethernet keeps going into "other devices" in device manager which stops my internet connection. I have uninstalled, re-installed, updated drivers multiple times from Asus and also tried intel, reset my network, tried sfc scannow, No errors in resource monitor. It seems to happen when the PC is idle, doesnt happen while in use.
Bad Motherboard?
I really could use some direction
Thank you

Hi Hitch_Itch

I have the ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming Wifi motherboard.

When installing windows 11, I let windows handle the ethernet and wifi drivers, I didn't have to install or update these and everything is working fine.

However, I do have to install the Chipset driver.

I tried letting windows find and use the best driver, that didnt help
