ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO + 128 GB Ram Problem

I have Asus z790 Hero with latest 703 bios upgrate and Intel MeUpdate Version 16.1.25.2020 too.

Test setup is

850 watt ThermalTake ATX 3.0 PSU

i9 13900k

RTX 3060

128 GB Corsair RAM (4 x 32GB) CMH64GX5M2B5600C36

Windows 11 Pro

Computer works great with 5000 Mhz Ram speed. When I try to XMP 1 profile from bios with 5600 Mhz, computer stucks at bios about 1 minute and if its boot, then windows crashes.

5400 Mhz also not stable, getting random crashes. Only works great at 4800-5000 Mhz. So what should I do to get 5600 Mhz from rams?

All the best.

Possible wait and try other memory
I was in the same situations but used gskill 6400
It passes test on 5200
but real life I got some errors which I do not understand until disable xmp, It looks like memory controller can not stable work with xmp and 128Gb
so I found team group presented "classic" memory for 5600, will try it

Do you think it can be fixed with bios update?

Tried to update my z690 hero 13900k to Intel Chipset Driver V10.1.19284.8351, it gave boot device unavailable. Only way for me to recover was fresh install Windows 11.
